For the past 20 years, I've worked hard to make real estate transactions as stress-free as possible. I advocate for my clients, guide them through the process, anticipate potential issues, and address any challenges that may come up. A proud Pacific Northwest native, I love Kitsap County, and I enjoy helping home buyers and sellers here and in the surrounding area.
Windermere's Chief Economist, Matthew Gardner, offers helpful insights about the real estate market. Check out his "Monday with Matthew" videos and the Western WA Gardner Report.
Additionally, my blog has helpful real estate articles on a variety of topics. I also have a free flipbook about how I help you successfully sell your home. For home loan questions, you can contact Cherie Kesti, our partner at Penrith.
Kitsap County offers a slower pace of life yet it's just a ferry ride away from Seattle. I love living here and introducing people to the area. I primarily help buyers and sellers in North Kitsap and in nearby Port Ludlow, and I'm happy to serve as a local resource.
I've been involved in the community for years and our Windermere Foundation has collectively donated over $47,000,000 to nonprofits across the 10 states Windermere serves. And, our own local Foundation has supported many Kitsap nonprofits, including Fishline Food Bank.
From Poulsbo's Nordic influences to the quaint town of Kingston, and Bainbridge's charming downtown to the bustling city of Bremerton, Kitsap County has many great communities.
Hop on the ferry to Seattle from Bainbridge Island or Bremerton. Or, there's a Fast Ferry from Kingston to Seattle. See the commute in the video below, featuring the Seattle Ladies Choir.
