More About Me

Background

I’m a long time native of the Pacific Northwest. I grew up in Bothell, lived most of my life throughout Seattle, and in 2003 my family moved to Bainbridge Island. We were attracted by the quiet beauty of Kitsap County. We’d heard about the excellent schools, and both my wife and I missed the neighborhood closeness we both had growing up. Good, safe, and public is what we wanted for our son. It’s what we found.

I worked construction for 30+ years as a general foreman forCochran Electric in Seattle. Many of my responsibilities involvedcoordinating with building managers, inspectors and often scheduling other trades

Past

Growing up in the Seattle area, I often heard people talk about the homes they'd purchased, and the many that got away. Owned waterfront on Alki! Everyone had similar stories, I know you've all heard them yourselves. I didn't want to have to tell my son too many of the same stories myself.

Present and Future...

Real estate transactions always involve more moving parts and people than you might think. My job is to make that process as stress-free as possible. Just getting through it is not enough. Anticipation of issues can eliminate them. These things hold true whether you’re buying or selling what is often your largest asset.

I’d love the chance to get together with you and answer any questions you might have.

After 20 years, here are some comments from my customers...

* Bill went the extra mile throughout my home purchasing process *I found Bill to be one of those chaps who was always obliging, easy to get along with and one who did nothing short of excellent, professional work.*

* Courteous and thorough. followed through on all requests and was proactive in organizing paperwork and coordinating with the title company, and inspectors.*

* Bill went the extra mile...I'm glad he is inclined to keep the personal touch that is more often than not lost during this process.* Thank you, Bill for all your dedication, none of this would have happened without you.
